1. General provisions
These terms govern the purchase, payment, return, warranty and technical service conditions for the goods supplied and the services provided by UAB „Inoterma“. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms.
2. Ordering goods and services
An order may be placed through the website, by e-mail, by phone or by signing a commercial offer / contract. An order is valid once written confirmation has been received. If the goods are not in stock, the customer is informed of the provisional delivery date.
3. Payment terms
- By bank transfer (advance / partial / after the works);
- In cash (when collecting on site);
- Services are carried out only after the agreed payment;
- Goods are delivered only after payment;
- All prices include VAT.
4. Contractual advance payment
For complex works (e.g. heat pump installation, ventilation system with heat recovery) the customer undertakes to pay an advance of at least 100 % of the value of the equipment or 30 % of the total order value. If the advance is not paid, performance is suspended.
5. Delivery of goods and provision of services
Delivery and services are provided at the agreed address and time. The customer must ensure that the works can be carried out (access, electricity, safety).
6. Returns and cancellation
Services already performed (installation, commissioning) are non-refundable. If a service is cancelled less than 48 hours before the agreed time, the Seller may charge a cancellation fee of up to 20 %.
7. Warranty and technical service
- Manufacturer's warranty according to each product;
- Installation work - 24 months;
- Service is provided only on presentation of the purchase document;
- The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or improper use;
- A periodic maintenance contract can be concluded.
8. Limitation of liability
The Seller is not liable for indirect losses arising from the actions of third parties, improper use of the equipment or force majeure circumstances.
